How it works
Plan your day, record what actually happened, and see exactly where your time went — here's what that looks like inside the real app.
Set up your workday
Set your workday hours and choose which features you want visible — Status, Next Up, Dashboard, Projects, Calendar/Outlook events and more. Everything is optional, so the app only shows what you'll actually use.
Decide what matters today
Your long-term goals shape this week's short-term goals, which shape Today's Big 3 — the three things that would have the biggest impact on your day, decided before you plan a single block.
Plan your day in 15-minute blocks
Lay out what you intend to do in clean 15-minute increments, with Today's Big 3 pulled in for context. In Advanced Mode you can also assign a Project, Category, HP/LP priority and Status to every block.
Simple or Advanced — your choice
Prefer a cleaner workflow? Switch to Simple Mode and the timesheet shows only Planned Activity and Actual Activity — nothing else to configure.
Stay focused while you work
The floating popup stays visible above whatever you're working in — Outlook, a browser, anything — showing what you should be doing right now, without needing the main app open.
Track what actually happened
Planning the day is only half the story. Log what you actually did right next to what you planned, and immediately see where reality differed — a simple way to build self-accountability, not a monitoring tool. Read more about planned vs actual time tracking.
See your progress at a glance
Today's Progress, Planned Time, Actual Time, Focus Score and your HP vs LP split sit right above the timesheet, updating as you go.
Review your day
Before you finish, a quick review shows how many of your Big 3 you completed, how well your day matched your plan, and where you stand on your weekly goals — then asks one simple question about your evening reflection.
Understand where your time went
The Dashboard turns your timesheet into real insight — Fill Rate, Total Planned and Actual hours, Completed vs Planned, Top Categories, HP vs LP and Top Projects.
Compare and improve
Generate a report for any date range and compare it against a previous period. Choose what's included — Fill Rate, Planned and Actual Hours, Wasted Time, HP/LP, Top Categories, Top Projects and Top Activities — and email it straight from the app.
Beyond the core flow, everything is configurable to match how you actually work.
Recurring planned activities
Save reusable weekday planning rules that fill in your timesheet automatically.
Customize the floating popup
Choose its size, opacity and monitor, and toggle Always on top, Status dot and Next Up.
Customize the dashboard
Pick a default view and choose exactly which KPI sections show up.
Microsoft & Outlook sync
Sign in with Microsoft and sync Outlook events straight into your planned activity.
Built-in User Guide
A searchable guide covering getting started, the timesheet and every feature.
